What is Fatigue?

There are two types of fatigue: chronic and acute.

Acute fatigue is something many of us experience multiple times throughout our lives. It’s usually when you don’t get enough sleep, or the week was physically demanding or even mentally demanding. However, you’ll eventually get a good night’s sleep and feel like your usual self again.
What Causes Fatigue?
The cause of fatigue can be the result of lifestyle choices or medical conditions.
Many medical conditions will cause exhaustion such as heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorder, anemia, arthritis, depression, chronic kidney disease, and fibromyalgia are just a few illnesses that will cause extreme exhaustion; fatigue.
